Design Sprint — Masterclass

A condensed, practical masterclass that guided participants through rapid prototyping and user testing. We turned classroom theory into real product demos within 48 hours, helping startups validate ideas faster and cheaper.

This masterclass series focused on helping startups and entrepreneurs rapidly test and validate their business ideas. In just 48 hours, participants learned how to turn concepts into working prototypes, conduct user testing, and gather meaningful feedback. Our team introduced design thinking frameworks, collaborative exercises, and one-on-one mentoring to guide each group through the process. By the end of the sprint, participants were not only confident in their prototypes but also skilled in presenting them to investors or stakeholders.

The results spoke for themselves — startups were able to save time and resources by testing ideas before committing to full development. Many participants reported faster product launches and greater clarity in their business strategies. The program became a model for practical, hands-on learning that directly impacted entrepreneurial success, making it one of our most impactful projects in the education space.

Creative Ideation Sprint

A parallel project where teams engaged in a creative ideation challenge focused on real-world problems. Participants used structured brainstorming techniques to develop high-impact solutions in under 24 hours. The sprint emphasized user empathy, problem-framing, and pitching ideas under time constraints. The experience enhanced creative confidence and teamwork.
